Talking About Features, there are numerous amount of features here are some examples, starting with the Assign Notes. It is a simple noticeboard. As its name suggests students get all the information about campus and ongoing activities directly through the portal.In Addition, We have added complaint management features so that any kind of problems students face on campus can be resolved as soon as possible.

Moreover, It also provides a Certificate Generator tool. By doing so, the Admin got the ability to generate event Certificates and all those will be sent directly to the student's inbox of whoever participated in the event. Students, Admin, and faculty can manage all the certificates in the portal which includes 100-point activities as well.

Lastly, Document management, in which students don't have to rely on the student department physically they can apply for any kind of document straight through the portal for instance MOI, LOR, and so on.

It’s a web Portal in which, Users can apply for any type of identification and can track their documents as well and get notified of who’s going to check their documents to provide integrity and confidentiality. And it goes the same with the other side, Authorities. They check all the necessary documents of the user and can make decisions on whether to approve or reject based on requirements.

Additional things for users is if they got rejected for some reason, they would not have to start from the beginning, they can upload the form where they got rejected.
